Whether you are looking for individual personal protection training or want to improve your fitness, our Personal training sessions are for you. We will work with you directly to help you achieve your fitness, weight loss or self defence goals.

Personal Training can be arranged on a one to one or two/three to one basis.

Personal training can be purchased on a class by class basis or booked in a block (discounts may be available).

Depending on distance and availability, we can come to you or we can find a venue.
